Lightbulb My project about Tahiti.
Hello people
Well, I'm in a highschool in Tahiti (French Polynesia) and I told to my teacher :
"There aren't a lot of people who knows about our island Tahiti"
She answers me that I'm wrong and now I have to make a project like a poll and show her that I'm right (or false), the question is :
Do you know the island Tahiti?

Please answer my question with your knowledge (I mean don't do research on the web then answer me).

Well sorry, I edit my post, I'm talking about the Island Tahiti and not somebody .

Tahiti is located in French Polynesia (Pacific Ocean), we speak French and Tahitian.
In Hawaii, they speak English.

I guess, it's +2 people who know about the island.

I'm sure people know OF it, simply because the locations name gets tossed around in media(movies/shows) but i doubt a lot actually know anything about it.
Me being one of th lather, besides knowing its an island I know nothing else -_-

It's in the Pacific. Big holiday destination. I know that cause Australia isn't too far away.

Haven't been there myself. I assume they speak French and English there.

I say English because most tourist-y areas around the world do...
